A person can drink ginger tea as a complementary remedy for nausea, digestive issues, and symptoms of the common cold.

Ingredients

1-Inch piece of Ginger peeled and sliced
(Add more to taste)
2 cups Water
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 Cloves
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Lemon slices
Honey to taste

Method

1. Bring all ingredients to the boil.
2. Strain, add honey and drink while hot.
3. Enjoy!
