Gorima’s Butter Prawns


500g Soya prawns

3 tbsp ghee / butter to fry

2 small onions finely chopped

2 tomatoes grated

3 tbsp ghee / butter

Salt to taste

6 tbsp Gorima’s butter chicken spice in bottle

1 tbsp fresh dhania / coriander – chopped

½ cup fresh cream

½  cup coconut cream


  1. Marinate soya prawns with butter chicken spice.
  2. Sauté onions in ghee / butter.
  3. Add soya prawns to pan and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes.
  5. Add coconut cream and fresh cream and stir.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.

Serve with rice or roti.
