Ingredients
1 kg mutton / beef pieces
2 large tomatoes grated or pureed
1 tsp dhania / coriander leaves
5 tbsp oil
3 whole elachie / cardamom *
3 cinnamon sticks *
3 cloves *
1 tsp cumin / jeera seeds *
2 onions – sliced
3 tbsp Kashmiri masala
4 potatoes – cut in half
½ tsp garum masala

Method
1. Smear Kashmiri masala over meat. Add all seeds marinate with *.
2. Sauté onions in oil.
3. Add meat into the pot and cover with lid.
4. Add tomatoes, stir & then add potatoes.
5. Add garum masala.
6. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
