Once you’ve perfected the art of homemade sweet and sour chicken wings, takeaway will never be the same again. This crispy, oven-baked recipe is a lot easier than you may think – there’s no deep frying involved, making it a deliciously health-conscious meal for the whole family to enjoy


1kg chicken wings or winglets
3 tbsp oil
2 tsp ginger & garlic
4 tsp amigos spice
1 and half cup water
Mrs M Spare ribs and wings sauce

  1. Marinate wings for an hour with ginger and garlic and amigos spice
  2. Add oil to pan
  3. Add chicken and allow to brown
  4. Add water
  5. Pour sticky wings sauce and reduce heat
