Ingredients
1kg chicken wings or winglets
3 tbsp oil
2 tsp ginger & garlic
4 tsp amigos spice
1 and half cup water
Mrs M Spare ribs and wings sauce
3 tbsp oil

Method
- Marinate wings for an hour with ginger and garlic and amigos spice
- Add oil to pan
- Add chicken and allow to brown
- Add water
- Pour sticky wings sauce and reduce heat
