Kashmiri Chicken Curry Ingredients: 500g chicken 1 cup tomatoes 2 tbsp Kashmiri Masala 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder 2 aniseed 1 bay leaves 2 elachi 2 cinnamon sticks 2 whole cloves Half cup oil 1 ½ onions chopped fine Salt to taste 3 green chilies 2 tbsp dhania 1 ½ tsp ginger and garlic 4 Potato Method: Sauté onions in oil Add whole spices, masala and chilli Add ginger garlic and stir for 4 seconds Add meat chicken Add half cup water and let it cook Add tomatoes Add potatoes Garnish with dhania
