This privacy policy only covers information collected at this website, and does not cover any information collected offline by House Stark Trading (Pty) Ltd. All House Stark Trading (Pty) Ltd websites are currently covered by this privacy policy.

Customer Privacy policy

House Stark Trading (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.

Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for House Stark Trading (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by House Stark Trading (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

House Stark Trading (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

CUSTOMER SERVICE RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We want our customers to be completely happy with your order, however due to the nature of the products, Gorima’s has a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund unless otherwise agreed to prior to purchase. Incorrect orders MUST be noted at time of delivery or collection, by advising store management. Our drivers do not have the authority to offer free or replacement items.

DELIVERIES

The quote is based on the figures supplied. Should there be any difference in the size of your parcel(s) or the actual mass, area / suburb, the price will be adjusted accordingly and you will be liable for the difference. This quote is valid for the current month only due to our fluctuating fuel surcharge destination. Please take note that by accepting this quote you also agree to be bound by our Standard Trading conditions which are available on request.*Our policies are subject to change without prior notice The following Delivery Policy is only valid for merchandise purchased via the Gorimas website. This policy has been developed to ensure the accurate and secure delivery of all purchases according to your delivery needs. 1.Express Delivery (5 to 7 working days) is subject to stock availability, limited to main centres and only applies to items accordingly identified. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday or Tuesday. In the case of a mixed basket, our standard delivery policy of 3-5 working days will apply. Express delivery will incur additional courier charges please contact the office on 031 207 3486 to arrange.

  1. Currently we are charging  R150 flat rate.

3.Quoted delivery times are a guide only and while Gorima’s endeavors to meet the targeted delivery times for all Standard deliveries, from time to time factors beyond our control can result in delayed delivery.

4.We can only deliver products to physical addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.

5.We reserve the right to contact customers and arrange alternative delivery methods and timelines if your delivery address is remote or to cancel the order if delivery is not feasible.

6.The person receiving the parcel must sign the waybill indicating that the parcel/carton has been received undamaged and in good condition.

7.In the unlikely event that the parcel/carton is damaged and/or the security seal is broken, then the receiving person can either:

7.1 Check the parcel in front of the driver and indicate on the courier’s waybill (delivery documentation) whether there are any.

7.1.1.breakages, and/or7.1.1.damages and/or7.1.1.items missing. Gorimas reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders and terminate accounts at the company’s discretion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MRS M FOUNDATION DONATION PAYMENTS

Mrs M Foundation (referred to as us or we) is Registered NPO in South Africa. We operate the website www.gorimas.co.za. These are the Terms and Conditions which govern each use you make of the donation payment services provided through the Website. These Terms and Conditions apply separately to each single donation that you make. By confirming on the Website that you wish to make a donation you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation.

8. The donation services We will use your donation at our discretion but within our stated charitable objectives. All payments through the Website are to be made by payment card or via PayPal. Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider, WooCommerce. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorize WooCommerce to request funds from your credit, debit, or PayPal card provider.

9. Unauthorized card use If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider. 

10. Information from you Before we can process a donation you must provide us with (i) your name, address and email address; and (ii) details of the credit or debit card that you wish to use to fund the donation. We will use this information to process your donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information. When you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to our payment provider, WooCommerce, and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them. You should make sure that you are aware of WooCommerce’s terms and conditions, which are different from our own, to ensure that you are comfortable with how they will process your personal data before you make a donation. We won’t share your personal details with any other third party other than is set out in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are also agreeing to the way we use and protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Refund policy If you make an error in your donation please contact us either by email at marketing@gorimas.co.za, by phone at +2731 207 3486 within 14 days and a full refund will be made to you.

12. Monthly donations These Donation Payment Terms and Conditions will only apply to successive donations made through the Website where you have set up a monthly donation. When you set up a regular donation you will be scheduling a series of donations to be made on the day of the month that you choose until further notice. You agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to each of the donations in that series. By confirming that you wish to proceed with a monthly donation you authorize our payment service provider WooCommerce to request funds from your credit or debit card on the day of each month that you set. 13. General We reserve the right to amend these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions at any time. These Donation Payment Terms and Conditions are governed by South African law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
